    Artisanal balsamic dressing, aged in wood casks using the traditional Solera method. Millesime, the finest of the Emiliana line, is produced in limited quantity. Glossy, dense and sweet, its intense flavor is the result of a long ripening in casks of Oak, Cherry, Chestnut, Juniper and Mulberry. Aged up to 35 years. Just a few drops will lend wonderful flavor to almost any dish or sauce, from red meat and mature cheeses to chocolate and fruit. No perservatives, additives or colorings.

    Artisanal balsamic dressing, aged in wood casks using the Solera method. Although this is a mature, aged balsamic vinegar, it is the youngest in the range. Suitable for a myriad of cooking applications, its pleasant acidity makes it ideal as a salad dressing, for salad dips, marinating, etc. No perservatives, additives or colorings.
