Chocolate and Orange Star Pie
A fine chocolate pie scented with orange! A simple and gourmet recipe for Advent or holiday periods!
Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry
90g of almond powder
60g of butter
60g of sugar
50g of chocolate pies 66% cocoa KAOKA (organic fair)
2 scoops of lean cocoa powder KAOKA (organic fair)
1 egg
1 orange zest
1 or 2 oranges
Preparation
- Grate the chocolate into chips using a rasp or blender.
- In a food processor, mix the almond powder, the lean cocoa powder, the sugar and the grated chocolate
- Add the soft butter and the egg. Mix until everything becomes homogeneous.
- Unroll the puff pastry.
- Spread the chocolate filling on the dough.
- Make 10 cuts all around the dough. Then fold the edges to create triangles around the circle of dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Peel the orange quarters with a sharp knife and arrange them rosette on the filling.
- Bake 25 to 30 min at 180 ° C.
- Let cool a few minutes. Enjoy!
