Maldon Salt was of mention in Eat It! Virginia with Scott and Bobby podcast, covering the Virginia is For Lovers Food Tour with Virginia Tourism Corporation President and CEO Rita McClenny, with mentions of Chef Mike Ledesma, owner of Perch, an incredible restaurant located in the food-lovers Richmond, VA.

At Perch, Mike uses Maldon Salt by the bucket, with a taste and touch of Maldon sea salt flakes on just about every dish, including some dishes with special Maldon smoked sea salt included in his special chef’s table dinners.
