27 Jul Lamb Jam San Francisco Recap 2019
WHAT A SWEET TIME AT LAMB JAM TOUR SAN FRANCISCO!
Last weekend, we had the pleasure of enjoying and supporting another wonderful installment of the Lamb Jam Tour. It took place over this past weekend in San Francisco at the Golden Gate Club. Lamb Jam offers an amazing opportunity to support family-owned farms, lamb farms across the country – and the culinary arts, all through this exciting multi-city chef competition experience.
WHAT IS LAMB JAM?
Lamb Jam tour brings together some of the world’s most talented chefs – at Lamb Jam Austin, 16 individuals vied for the title of Lamb Jam San Francisco Champion, and celebrates 80,000 family-operated farms and ranches raising lamb across the nation.
We had the pleasure of attending Lamb Jam Tour Austin & Boston, and will be attending Denver Tour on 8/31.
OUR HIGHLIGHTS
The San Francisco Tour was lively and very well-attended. Our Maldon Sea Salt brownies sweetened up the day for many! Deliciously crafted by Seaside Sweet Treats – they were a huge hit at at our table-booth, and served quickly! Beautifully baked with Maldon salted caramel atop, just a bite of these brownies had guests experiencing the quality of Maldon flakes addition to the rich chocolate. A huge thank you to Megan Reed of Seaside Sweet Treats for baking such a treat for all to enjoy! The palette didn’t stop there, as our booth offered refreshments to top off with a satisfying bag of Savoursmiths and revitalizing, non-alcoholic Mocktails. Guests were raving about Savoursmiths’ Truffle & Rosemary flavored crisps, a wonderful pairing for the marvelous tastes and dishes of the day.
