This wonderful wholegrain mustard is made by first grinding the mustard seed and spices together to retain all the essential oils before adding the cider vinegar and honey and allowing to mature in barrel for up to five days to bring out the flavour. A delicious mustard that works well with pork, beef and chicken, as well as an addition to sauces, dips and mayonnaise.
