Lamb Jam Tour Boston 2019 – A Delightful Time!
Another wonderful installment of the Lamb Jam Tour took place over this past weekend in Boston at the Innovation and Design Building! We’ve had an excellent time supporting 800,000+ family-owned lamb farms & the culinary arts through this exciting chef competition experience.
WHAT IS LAMB JAM?
Lamb Jam tour brings together some of the world’s most talented chefs – at Lamb Jam Austin, 16 individuals vied for the title of Lamb Jam Austin Champion, and celebrated 80,000 family-operated farms and ranches raising lamb across the nation.
We covered the Lamb Jam Tour happenings from the Austin Tour in our last blog post covering this exciting multi-city event! Check it out here.
Our Highlights
At Lamb Jam Boston, greeting 700+ guests with a taste of Belgravia Imports – our sponsors and brand partners Maldon Sea Salt were the highlight at our table, baking delicious Maldon-salted caramel brownies for all to enjoy! The Boston Tour welcomed 700+ guests and with our table as the last station – so, no doubt our heavenly Maldon brownies were a big hit for dessert! Alongside our delectable confections, guests were welcomed to refreshing Mocktails and exquisite Savoursmiths – much to match the fine food mood of the day!
