Last weekend, we had the pleasure of enjoying and supporting another wonderful installment of the Lamb Jam Tour. It took place over this past weekend in San Francisco at the Golden Gate Club. Lamb Jam offers an amazing opportunity to support family-owned farms, lamb farms across the country – and the culinary arts, all through this exciting multi-city chef competition experience.

Tracklements has been presented with two esteemed awards this year so far – their 8th consecutive year distinguished with Best Supplier Award by the UK’s Guild of Fine Food & Guy Tullberg of Tracklements’ vote and recognition as 1 of 20 Icons of UK Speciality Food Industry by Industry Peers at 2019 Speciality & Fine Food Fair.

At Perch, Mike uses Maldon Salt by the bucket, with a taste and touch of Maldon sea salt flakes on just about every dish, including some dishes with special Maldon smoked sea salt included in his special chef’s table dinners.

Another wonderful installment of the Lamb Jam Tour took place over this past weekend in Boston at the Innovation and Design Building!
